Let's get to know each other! All clients begin with a one hour initial consultation. This informal meeting allows us to get to know you and your family, gather important information about your goals and challenges, and lay the foundation of an effective therapeutic relationship. We encourage open and honest communication so that we can assess your unique circumstances comprehensively. This may involve discussions about your medical history, daily routines, lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. We will conduct informal screenings and play-based clinical observations to determine which services best meet your needs. 

Within 1 week you'll receive a detailed summary of your consultation. This document will include our professional recommendations for ongoing services and interventions. We encourage you to review the summary, ask questions, and provide us with any additional information or insights you feel are important. Once you've reviewed the summary and recommendations, we'll work together to develop a plan that works for your family. 

Based on the information gathered during the consultation and the recommendations provided, we work closely with you to determine the ongoing services for your needs. You will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of services that align with your family's goals. We believe in a holistic approach that involves active participation from both the child and the family. By working together, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment for your child's growth and progress.

The initial consultation fee is $100. This fee covers the dedicated time spent understanding your child's needs, gathering information, and providing initial recommendations. We believe in the value of this comprehensive consultation to set the stage for effective and personalized services tailored to your child's specific requirements.
