Teen and Young Adult Services

Navigating life after high school includes learning how to take care of yourself in a whole new way! The best years of our lives, and certainly some of the most stressful - we're thinking about graduation, college, jobs, and all the adult stuff! These are years filled with uncertainty, excitement, and independence. For teens and young adults with disabilities, many familiar supports and services are unavailable after age 18 or 21. This can be a jarring experience for families, but Functional Link can help facilitate the transition to adulthood.
